Education Counsellor – Non UK

Location: Silom (Head Office)

Working hours: This may be either Monday – Friday 10.00 – 18.00 or Tuesday – Friday 10.00-18.00 and Saturday 10.00-16.00

Responsibilities

  • Follow up prospective customers / enquirers (via telephone, LINE, email, etc…)
  • Participate in education events with partner universities
  • To follow online enquiries and convert these to customers
  • Advising potential students on their study options in the US/ANZ and sharing your experience of studying overseas
  • Maintaining customer files & keeping contact with student customers
  • Helping with the application process through to the acceptance process and their preparations to go to study in the US/ANZ
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and activities
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the management team

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • No work permit and visa provided.
  • Masters level degree from overseas include UK: USA or ANZ preferred (but not essential) (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
  • Good oral, written and communication skills in both Thai and English. (essential)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. (essential)
  • Enthusiastic, open-minded with a strong commitment to customer service. (essential)
  • Ability to work on weekends during peak season. (essential)
  • Able to work under pressure of management requirements from time to time. (essential)
  • Experience working within the higher education industry. (advantage)
