Location : Silom
Working hours: This may be either Monday – Friday 10.00 – 18.00 or Tuesday – Friday 10.00-18.00 and Saturday 10.00-16.00
Responsibilities :
- To act as the first step, following online media and online enquiries and passing to assigned counselor
- Participate in education events with partner universities
- Advising potential students on basic needs for their study options in the UK
- Maintaining customer files & follow up documents with student customers
- During peak time, need to assist with application process
- Assisting with students on what documents are needed for visa application and visa process (by counselors’ allocation)
- Assisting with students on accommodation and air ticket booking (by counselors’ allocation)
- Other responsibilities as assigned by counselors and supervision approved by General Manager

Qualifications :
- Thai nationality (no work permit provided)
- Bachelor level degree or above
- Fluent written and spoken English (essential)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills (essential)
- Professional and polite on communication over the phone
- Enthusiastic, open-minded with a strong commitment to customer service (essential)
- Ability to work on weekends during peak season (essential)
- Able to work under pressure of management requirements and counselors assigned from time to time (essential)
- Experience working within the higher education industry (advantage)
